Kaylin Glazer is a founding partner and principal consultant at Lineo Partners.
Kaylin began her work helping executives tap into their full potential. Her efforts led her to facilitate seminars for pioneering nonprofits and Fortune 100 companies.
Her specialty is equipping rising leaders with the tools they need to succeed and coaching teams on how to run effective meetings.
She is passionate about helping employees experience the fulfillment that comes from being part of a truly great team.
Kaylin lives in Ojai, CA with her husband, two kids, two goats, and nine chickens. They eat a lot of eggs.
DAVID
David Ross is a founding partner and principal consultant at Lineo Partners. After obtaining his PhD in clinical psychology, he began his work helping executives and their organizations become fundamentally healthier and more effective.
With years of experience spent coaching CEOs, his expertise uniquely equips him to enable executive leadership teams to have honest conversations about the dynamics that undermine productivity and morale.
His core conviction is that people must embrace challenges and risks for personal and professional growth.
David is an avid mountain biker and adventurer. He lives with his wife and adorable dog Lu in Thousand Oaks, CA.
