Leading High-Performing Teams

The best organizations invest in developing their leaders. Lineo equips leaders to build and develop high-performing teams and mentor the individuals they manage more effectively.

Development Focus Areas

Leading High-Performing Teams

Great leaders build great teams—teams that can rely on one another and strive for a common goal. At Lineo, we show leaders how to model vulnerability, mine for conflict, drive clarity, and create a culture of accountability in a team setting.

Managing for Engagement

One of the most important roles of a leader is 1:1 coaching and development of the people they lead. We equip leaders with tools to coach their direct reports so that they are engaged, challenged, and inspired.

Self-regulation and Resilience

One of the most important aspects of leadership is being able to manage one's own energy and well-being. Leaders who prioritize self-care are better equipped to handle the demands of their roles effectively and support their teams more empathetically.

HOW WE PLAN YOUR WORKSHOP

Introductory Call

All of our engagements begin with an introductory call to get a pulse on the skills and mindset you hope to cultivate with your leaders.

Prep Work

All team members will be asked to take an anonymous survey to help identify current areas of strength and opportunity.

Logistics Guidance

Our team provides guidance on room setup and materials needed. We encourage casual environments (i.e., soft seating as opposed to a boardroom table) and keep our sessions low-tech to promote more team interaction.

DELIVERABLES AND FOLLOW-UP

We care about empowering your leaders' ongoing success. That's why we make sure they have the tools and support they need to apply what they learned in our sessions.

Leadership Toolkit

At the end of each workshop, we provide a digital toolkit with exercises and templates they can use with their team or direct line reports.

Ongoing Support

We're happy to answer more in-depth questions anytime after our engagements. Participants in our leadership training have ongoing access to our team that lasts beyond our training session.
