COACHING PROCESS

Discovery call

We start with a self-assessment to identify the leader’s strengths and liabilities, motivation and working style, and “greatest value add” to the organization. We can also include 360-degree feedback from key colleagues. 

Goal Setting

After reviewing the assessments, we will together establish priorities for our work and self growth. 

Coaching Calls

Coaching is for a season. We typically start with six 60-minute sessions and space them out according to needs and schedules.

Progress Evaluation

Each quarter we review our goals and integrate feedback from teammates to ensure we’re making progress on the most pressing needs.
