Executive Coaching is most effective when the leaders’ goals are integrated with the teams’ goals. This creates a collective sense of ownership for both. We begin with a 360 that offers feedback on team leadership, vision casting, execution skills, and modeling core values. We evaluate progress and plan next steps on a quarterly basis.

Conflict is a reality in any professional environment. Occasionally, executives have difficulty working through interpersonal or strategic issues on their own.
