Individual Interviews

Our approach is to first work with each participant individually to get a deeper understanding of their pain points and help them identify what they can each do differently.

Joint Session

During this session, we bring the parties involved together to repair any relationship damage, align on any areas of confusion, and commit to next steps.

Progress Evaluation

The follow-up calls will afford us the opportunity to monitor your progress and fine-tune your approach to individual and collective commitments. Often, this work is complemented by an offsite to bring the whole team together and implement new cultural norms.
