The 360 Process

Discovery Call

We start with a self-assessment to identify the leader’s motivation for this peer review.

360 Sessions

We will conduct 1:1 interviews with each participant you have selected to be a part of this process. All feedback will remain entirely confidential.

Feedback Overview

Once all of the 360 sessions are complete, we’ll schedule a 90-minute session to review overarching themes and feedback from your team. We'll also identify how to integrate growth opportunities and goals identified in the 360 work.

Progress Evaluation

Each quarter we'll check back in to ensure we’re making progress on the most pressing needs.
