Discovery Call
All of our engagements begin with an introductory call to get a pulse on your team's needs and determine which assessments will help your team have productive conversations.
Prep Work
All team members will be asked to take an anonymous survey to help identify current areas of strength and opportunity.
Agenda Design
Based on your team's assessment and our conversations, we'll craft an agenda for your offsite together.

Team Handout
Digital copy of a customized handout for each team member so they can follow along, learn new models, take notes, and participate in the exercises.
Debrief Call
How'd it go? We want to hear! Any tricky questions come up? Anywhere you got stuck? All of our offsite design packages include a debrief call with the leader to unpack what went well, answer any tricky questions, and identify next steps to maintain momentum.
