Participants will gain a deeper understanding of the strengths and weaknesses they bring to a team and a deeper appreciation for the strengths of their colleagues. They will also learn to anticipate common areas of misunderstanding that often occur between team members with different working styles and identify an area for personal development.

Healthy Conversations: Conflict and Feedback

Participants will learn about different conflict styles, how to engage in productive debate, and practice giving feedback effectively. We focus on developing courage and assertiveness while also demonstrating respect, so that teams avoid artificial harmony that allows conflict to fester.

Decision-Making Workshop

Participants will identify common pitfalls that cause decisions to get stuck or revisited. Through facilitated learning, they will learn both the framework and the mindset necessary to set up, explore, and land complex decisions and how to get their colleagues' buy-in so that the decision is protected.

Introductory Call

All of our engagements begin with an introductory call to get a pulse on current cultural challenges and the skills you want to develop for your target audience.

Prep Work

Prep work will vary on the workshop but will frequently include an online assessment in advance.

Logistics Guidance

Our team provides guidance on room setup and materials needed. We encourage casual environments (i.e., soft seating as opposed to a boardroom table) and keep our sessions low-tech to promote more team interaction.

Digital Toolkit

At the end of each workshop, we provide a summary of the topics and additional resources for ongoing support.
